33 years old patient

A 33 years old patient with aggressive fibromatosis, who was operated 24 times for the last 16 years, decided to try the innovative non-invasive HIFU treatment of four newly appeared fibromatousus nodules in the right lower limb. The fibromatousus nodules were treated in two HIFU sessions in December 2012 and January 2013. The follow -up examination 12 months after the first procedure showed no clinical or ultrasound features of the disease - the HIFU ablated the tumor, the nodules reduced in size and there was no recurrence of new nodules - the patient is in remission.
